Based on the Account & Card plan you choose, you can receive either a virtual Debit Mastercard®, or both virtual and a physical Debit Mastercard ®.

How do I get my cards?

• Virtual Mastercard®: When you select your plan, your virtual Mastercard® becomes available immediately in the Account & Card section of your online account.
• Physical Mastercard®: If you choose the Plus plan, your physical Mastercard® will be prepared for shipping as soon as your plan is activated.  Meanwhile you can use your virtual debit card for transactions.

How can I check my card delivery status?

You can track your card's delivery status in the Account & Card section of your account. Meanwhile your virtual debit card will be available for transactive as soon as your Plus plan is activated.
