You should expect to receive your Debit Mastercard® within 10 calendar days of ordering it. To see the estimated delivery date check your physical card details from the PaysafeWallet section.

What should I do if my card does not arrive on time?

In case you don’t receive your Debit Mastercard® on time, please check if the delivery address you’ve provided is correct and complete via the PaysafeWallet (formerly known as PaysafeWallet) section in your PaysafeCard account. If the address is correct, we recommend that you allow a few extra days to pass. You can also check at your local post office.  

If you experience extended delays, or your delivery address is invalid, you can apply for a new card via the section PaysafeWallet > Debit cards > Physical card by clicking the Card Not Received? button. 
  
Your first card re-order is free of charge and can be done only after the expected delivery timeframe has expired.
