Conditions of Entry – Google Play October Cashback Promotion
1. Promotion organiser: The organizer of this promotion (“Promotion”) is Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited (Ireland), a company duly registered under the laws of Ireland, under company number 626671, with its registered office at 15 George’s Quay Dublin 2 D02 VR98 Ireland. Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) as an electronic money institution under the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2011. Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited will be later referred to as “Paysafe”, “we” or “us” (Paysafe is trading as Paysafe, PaysafeCard, PaysafeCard Mastercard and PaysafeCash).
2. Promotion period: The cashback promotion will run between 27.10.2025 00:00 and 07.12.2025 23:59 CET. Any transactions made outside of this period will not be eligible for cashback.
3. Eligibility requirements: To be eligible for the Cashback offer, customers must:
- Have a registered address in Poland or Germany and have opened a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the current version of the PaysafeCard general terms and conditions;
- have a Google consumer account for the Poland or Germany Google Play Store (Google EDU or child accounts are ineligible);
- have Internet access on a compatible device
- have connected PaysafeCard as a registered form of payment on Google Play, use PaysafeCard for the first time on Google Play, or made at least 1 (one) transaction on the Google Play store with PaysafeCard between the period of (27.10.2024 to 31.03.2025) but have not made a transaction since April 1st 2025 (01.04.2025-26.10.2025), and make a purchase using PaysafeCard on the Poland or Germany Google Play Store during the Promotion Period to the value of 20PLN/ 5 EUR or above.
4. Customers who meet all of the eligibility requirements in paragraph 3 will receive a 40PLN/ 10 EUR cashback from PaysafeCard redeemable on Google Play.
5. The cashback will be credited to the customer’s PaysafeCard account within 7 days after the end of the promotion period. Credit will expire on 30 September 2026 (“Cashback Payment”). The Cashback Payment cannot be used to purchase books on Google Play.
6. Only one Cashback Payment is permitted per person. Attempts to participate more often will lead to disqualification from the promotion. Participation in the promotion cannot be transferred to others.
7. Cash payment is not possible. The organiser's decision is final. Irish law applies. PaysafeCard accepts no responsibility for mistakes, delays or unavailability of the promotional page.
8. Paysafe reserves the right to end this Promotion at any time in their sole discretion or to make changes to this Promotion at any time for a compelling reason during the period of the competition, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
9. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
10. Businesses are excluded from being able to participate in the Promotion.
11. The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form has only been used for the purpose of simplification.
