What are the fees for topping up PaysafeCard Mastercard?
The following fees are incurred for use of the PaysafeCard Mastercard:
Yearly fee
When ordering your PaysafeCard Mastercard, the first yearly fee of 9,90 EUR will be debited directly from credit in your PaysafeCard account (PaysafeCard). After one year, the yearly fee will again be debited from credit in your account.
Top-up fee and top-up limit
For every top-up of your PaysafeCard Mastercard, a top-up fee of 4% of the top-up amount is incurred. You can top up by a maximum of EUR 1,000 per day (minimum: 1 EUR).
Here is a brief sample calculation (in EUR):
If you top up your PaysafeCard Mastercard with an amount of EUR 25, an additional top-up amount of 4% will be calculated as part of the transaction. In this case, this amounts to EUR 1.00. This means that EUR 25 will be credited to your card and EUR 26 will be debited from your PaysafeCard account (PaysafeCard).
ATM withdrawal fee (national and international)
3% (min. 3,50 EUR) fee for withdrawing cash from an ATM
Currency conversion fee
2% fee for payment in foreign currencies (applies if the currency of the payment differs from the currency saved in your PaysafeCard account (PaysafeCard)).
Replacement card fee (loss, theft, damage)
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, we will issue you with a new card at any time. The issuing fee for a replacement card is 5 EUR. The amount will be debited directly from your PaysafeCard Mastercard credit.
