How do I order a PaysafeCard Mastercard?
You can secure your PaysafeCard Mastercard in five steps:
Step 1: Ordering
As owner of a PaysafeCard account (PaysafeCard), you can order the PaysafeCard Mastercard in the menu item "PaysafeCard Mastercard". Select a card design, check your personal details again and correct these if necessary. Accept the general terms and conditions and confirm that you have entered your details correctly. You can then submit your order.
Please note: With the confirmation of the order, the annual fee of 9,90 EUR will be automatically deducted from your PaysafeCard account (PaysafeCard). If you do not have sufficient credit in your account, top it up first.
Step 2: Identification
Upload a copy of your official valid photo ID to confirm your identity. Your documents will be checked as soon as they are submitted. Following successful verification, you will be notified by e-mail.
Please note: if you already have "Unlimited" status, the identification step can be skipped.
Step 3: Activation of the card
Your PaysafeCard Mastercard will be sent to your address by post following confirmation of your order. As soon as you have received the card (delivery may take 14 to 20 working days) and the verification of your identity is completed, you will need to activate the card in your PaysafeCard account (PaysafeCard). To do this, click on "Activate now" in the "PaysafeCard Mastercard" area and enter the last four digits of the card number in the corresponding field.
Step 4: PIN for offline payments
For payments in restaurants, hotels or local shops, you will need a 4-digit PIN. You can have this PIN sent via SMS to your mobile phone number by clicking on "Request PIN".
Please note: it may take a few minutes for the SMS to be sent.
Step 5: Top up and use
Top up your PaysafeCard Mastercard through your PaysafeCard account (PaysafeCard) by entering the desired amount in the corresponding field. With PaysafeCard Mastercard, you can pay anywhere that Mastercard® is accepted – in millions of shops online and offline.
