How do I schedule a SEPA payment?

You can easily schedule a SEPA transfer to your bank account or to another person for any future date through the PaysafeCard app or website.

Here's how to schedule your payment:

  1. Go to the Account & Card section
  2. Tap Send Money
  3. Select an existing beneficiary or add a new bank account
  4. Choose when the transfer will be sent on the Payment details screen
  5. Review the transfer summary
  6. Confirm the payment

You can review your scheduled SEPA transfers in the Scheduled transaction tab within Account & Card.  

How do I cancel a scheduled SEPA transfer?

To cancel a scheduled payment, go to Scheduled transactions in the Account & Card section, tap on the SEPA transfer, and press Cancel transaction.

How long does it take for the money to reach the recipient?

Your scheduled SEPA transfer will be sent on the date you selected. Once sent, it typically takes anywhere from a few minutes to 3 business days for the money to arrive, depending on the recipient's bank.

If the recipient's bank supports instant SEPA transfers, we'll process your payment instantly.
