What should I do if my Debit Mastercard® is damaged?

Copied to clipboard
This article addresses the Account & Card Debit Mastercard®. Information about the PaysafeCard Mastercard® product can be found here.

You can easily order a replacement if your physical debit card is damaged. However, before you do that, we recommend you test if your card is still functional by attempting a few payments on different ATMs, and/or physical POS locations.

If your payment attempts fail due to damage on your plastic card, here’s how to order a replacement:

  1. Open the section Account & Card in your PaysafeCard account.
  2. Go to Debit cards > Physical card > Replace your debit card.
  3. Select the reason why you need a replacement.
  4. Set your new card PIN.
  5. Review and update (if needed) your delivery address.
  6. Check the details summary and press Reorder.

Once you order a replacement card, your old one will be cancelled automatically with no possibility of reactivation.
