PaysafeCard fees
Both the use of PaysafeCard and the payment are generally free of charge. However, the following fees may arise (you can read more detailed information in our GTC):
- Service fee: From the 2nd month, a monthly service fee of 50 MXN will be deducted from the residual credit of the PIN.
Don't want to pay a Service fee? Sign up for your PaysafeCard today and redeem the PIN. That is all it takes. - Conversion fee: PaysafeCard charges a fee for transactions with currency conversions. The PaysafeCard currency calculator immediately gives you the current exchange rate.
- Refund fee: 50 MXN per refund will be deducted from the amount to be paid out.
