Why can’t I add any PINs to myPaysafe?
Copied to clipboard
If you can no longer upload PINs to myPaysafe, check whether you have already reached your spending or balance limits. If that’s the case, allow a few days for the limit to automatically reset and load your PIN(s) afterwards.
Further details about our fees and limits can be found here.
Other reasons for not being able to add PINs:
- Incorrectly entered 16-digit PIN. Ensure your PIN is full and correct, then retry adding it to myPaysafe. If your PIN is unreadable or lost, contact us using the form below.
- Insufficient balance: Your 16-digit code was either already added to myPaysafe (refer to the in-account transaction history) or already consumed in another payment visible by looking up the code in our balance check tool here.
- Your prepaid code is associated with a different country and/or currency than the ones set in your myPaysafe. If this is the case, let us know so that we can assist. If this is case, contact us using the form below and attach a photo of your 16-digit PIN.
- Your spending or balance limit might’ve been reached. Allow a few days for the limit to automatically reset and load your PIN afterwards.
