How can I buy PaysafeCard PINs online?
You can buy a 16-digit PaysafeCard PIN through your PaysafeCard account:
- Log in and go to the PIN Shop.
- Choose your payment method.
- Select or deselect auto top-up (your choice will be saved for your next purchase).
- Review and confirm your payment.
Your selection determines how you receive the PIN amount:
- If you select auto top-up, we add the amount directly to your PaysafeCard account balance. You can use your account credentials to pay at any supported merchant.
- If you do not select auto top-up, we display the 16-digit PIN on the confirmation screen and send it to you by email. You can manually top up your account balance, or directly pay using your 16-digit PIN number at any supported merchant.
Can I buy a PIN without a PaysafeCard account?
In selected countries, you can buy a PIN online as a guest once without registering.

When will I receive my PIN?
Most purchases are processed instantly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, with card payments typically being the fastest. Bank transfers and some local payment methods may require additional processing time.
How can I add my PIN to my PaysafeCard account?
If you did not select auto top-up, you can add the PIN to your account manually by entering the 16-digit PIN in the designated field on the home page.
After you add the PIN, its value becomes part of your PaysafeCard account balance.
How can I use the PIN I bought online?
You can enter the 16-digit PIN when paying at an online shop that accepts PaysafeCard.
Alternatively, you can add the PIN to your PaysafeCard account and pay with your PaysafeCard balance instead of entering the PIN.

What fees and limits apply?
We do not charge a fee when you buy a PIN online.
