Why is my payment missing in the online shop?

Most PaysafeCard payments are credited to online shops within minutes. However, sometimes the payment is deducted from your PaysafeCard but not immediately processed by the shop. This can happen due to technical issues or a high volume of transactions.

If your payment shows as “pending” in the shop:
Wait a few hours—it may process automatically. During busy sales periods, it may take up to 2 days for the balance to appear. If the amount is still not available, contact the online shop’s customer service and provide these details so they can locate your payment:

Transaction ID
Online shop ID

Where to find your transaction details:

If you paid with a 16-digit code: use the Balance Check tool to find the information.
If you paid through a PaysafeCard account: check your Transaction History.

In case you have more than one account with the shop, check them all to ensure the payment wasn’t credited elsewhere.
