What should I do if my Debit Mastercard® is retained by an ATM?

If your Debit Mastercard® happens to be retained by an ATM, first you should visit the Wallet section (formerly known as PaysafeWallet) > Debit cards and block your physical card to prevent any unauthorised use of your card.
To retrieve your card, get in touch with the bank responsible for the ATM. If they fail to assist you, you can cancel your physical card and order a new one via the Wallet section > Debit cards section within your PaysafeCard account.
