How can I update my date of birth?

Note that you can’t change your date of birth via the PaysafeCard app. Log in from a web browser instead.

If your PaysafeCard account is with Standard status, you can change your registered date of birth at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account via a web browser  .
  2. Go to Settings and click the pencil button next to your date of birth.
  3. Enter your correct date of birth.
  4. Click Save.

If you’ve already upgraded your status to Unlimited but your date of birth was entered incorrectly, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account via a web browser.
  2. Go to My Cases and create a new request, attaching your valid government-issued ID. You can find a list of all requirements in the related article below.
  3. Alternatively, you can also use the contact channel below to submit your proof of address.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your document has been reviewed.
