You can send PaysafeCard as a Gift to anyone who has an upgraded PaysafeCard account, and lives in the same country of registration as you.

Note: The accounts of both sender and recipient need to be verified. Depending on your country of residence, you may be able to send money to an unverified account. The recipient will have two days to upgrade their account, and until then the Send as a Gift transfer will remain pending. 

We strongly advise and encourage you to send PaysafeCard as a Gift only to people you know and trust, such as friends or family members. Once the transfer is completed, it is final and irreversible, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
