All fees and limits at a glance
PaysafeCard fees
Both the use of PaysafeCard and the payment are generally free of charge. However, the following fees may arise (you can read more detailed information in our GTC):
- Service fee: From the 2nd month, a monthly service fee of 4 NZD will be deducted from the residual credit of the PIN.
- Conversion fee: PaysafeCard charges a fee for transactions with currency conversions. The PaysafeCard currency calculator immediately gives you the current exchange rate.
- Refund fee: 12 NZD per refund will be deducted from the amount to be paid out.
