Conditions of Entry – "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash"
By taking part in the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" exhibition game, the participant is confirming his/her agreement to the following Conditions of Entry:
Game organiser: Paysafe Holdings UK Ltd, 1st floor, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AD, United Kingdom (“Paysafe”)
Competition period: The competition will take place during PaysafeCard's participation in gamescom 2025 from 20 – 24 August 2025 during the opening hours of gamescom 2025.
Mode and prizes: The winners of the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" exhibition game will be selected as follows: three participants compete against each other in the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" exhibition game. The aim is to tap PaysafeCard vouchers appearing on a touchscreen as quickly as possible to collect points, avoiding the broken voucher as they are eliminating points. The person who manages to earn more points in 30 seconds will win the following prize ("Tap2Cash Prize"):
- one (1) PaysafeCard code worth EUR 10
- one (1) t-shirt in the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash " design
- other PaysafeCard merchandising material
The person in second place receives the following prize:
- one (1) PaysafeCard code worth EUR 5
- other PaysafeCard merchandising material
The person in third place receives the following prize:
- one (1) PaysafeCard code worth EUR 3
- other PaysafeCard merchandising material
Each participant can take part in the exhibition game more than once, but may only receive a PaysafeCard code once.
In addition, the following special prizes will be awarded as part of the "Partner Happy Hour" campaign ("Partner Happy Hour Prizes") to participants in the "PaysafeCard Tap3Cash" exhibition game who took part in the PaysafeCard Tap2Cash exhibition game during the "Partner Happy Hour" and won, while stocks last:
- 150 x Nitrado ducks and 150 x codes for a free Nitrado server
- 150 x 10% code on all Gamesplanet games and 9 x vouchers for three different games
- 100 x Gamigo t-shirts + bonus codes for the Trove, Fiesta, Rift and Wizard101 games

Participation in the competition is only possible by taking part in person at the PaysafeCard booth. PaysafeCard codes and prizes can only be handed out while stocks last. Prizes are not redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash. Plus any taxes.
Selecting the winners: The winners of the Tap2Cash prizes are determined by counting the points scored immediately after the end of each round of the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" exhibition game. The person who collects more points in 30 seconds wins.
Communication of winnings: The winners of the Tap2Cash prizes will be notified about the win immediately after winning the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" exhibition game and will be provided with the prize immediately on site.
Eligible participants: Persons aged 14 and over are eligible to participate. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to take part in the competition. Furthermore, persons under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances as well as persons suffering from a serious illness (e.g. heart disease, epilepsy) are prohibited from participating in the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" exhibition game. With my signature, I confirm that the game includes visual effects that may be disturbing for people with epilepsy. I also confirm that I do not have any health problems that are an obstacle to my participation. I accept that Paysafe does not accept any responsibility for any consequences that may result from failure to disclose health problems.
Exclusion from the competition: There is no right to participate in the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" exhibition game. PaysafeCard reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition who violate these conditions of participation, criminal laws, common decency or the safety instructions posted on site at the exhibition stand. Persons who use disallowed aids or otherwise gain advantages by manipulation will also be excluded. In these cases, prizes can also be disallowed and requested back afterwards.
Participation costs: Participation in the competition is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase.
Publication/privacy policy: By registering for "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" at www.paysafecard.com/tap2cash, the participant agrees that the personal data provided by him/her, namely their name, may be used by PaysafeCard for the purpose of processing the competition. Data will not be disclosed to third parties and the personal data will be stored in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice.
Disclaimer: Every participant must observe the safety instructions for participation in the "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" exhibition game, which are displayed on site at the exhibition stand. PaysafeCard, its executive bodies, employees and other persons acting on behalf of the organiser, shall not accept any liability for damages or accidents which occur during the implementation of the game, except in the case of gross negligence or premeditation. In particular, no liability will be accepted for loss and/or damage to clothing, property, materials or other items belonging to the respective player (the respective player is responsible for his/her own personal property). Liability for injury to life, limb and health remain unaffected by this.
Premature competition termination: At any time, PaysafeCard is authorised to discontinue the competition prematurely for a compelling reason during the period of the competition, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
Final provisions:
The organiser's decision is final.
Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.
The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form is only used for the purpose of simplification.
Information about the use of personal data:
The data will be collected, processed and stored for a maximum of 3 months after the end of gamescom in accordance with our privacy policy (https://www.paysafecard.com/terms) and then deleted.
