Can I change the currency of my PaysafeCard account?

When you register for PaysafeCard, you’re automatically assigned the official currency of the country you’re registering from. Currently, it’s not possible to change your currency or exchange your PaysafeCard account balance to a currency different from your registered one.

If you’ve moved to a different country and wish to use the respective currency, simply close your account and create a new one, making sure to select the correct country upon registration. Keep in mind that you should spend any remaining balance before you close your PaysafeCard account; you may also contact us to arrange a refund.
