Why is my SEPA transfer missing?
Depending on your bank, a transfer can take from a few minutes up to 3 business days. In case that timeframe has not yet passed, please allow 3 business days, counted from the first working day after the transfer was made.
Meanwhile, you can double-check if all banking details were entered correctly prior to initiating the transfer.
In case the funds are not credited to your Account & Card balance within 3 business days, please use the contact form linked below and provide us with a bank statement showing the following details:
- Full name of the bank account holder
- Full bank account details, including IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code
- Details of the outgoing transfer sent to Account & Card (date, time, currency and recipient bank details)
If your money is not credited within 3 business days to the recipient bank, or you wish to attempt recalling your SEPA transfer, please let us know through the contact form linked below.
Note that if a transfer is sent to a third-party bank account, we could initiate a recall of the transfer upon request; however, it depends on the recipient’s bank if the reversal of funds will be accepted.
