I won a PaysafeCard in a competition and cannot redeem it. What can I do?

If you have won a PaysafeCard, this is usually only redeemable in the online shop that organized the competition. PaysafeCard 16-digit code prizes can only be redeemed during a predefined time period. You can find their validity date on your PaysafeCard prize or in the email in which you received the 16-digit code. All information related to the competition and the prize will be sent from the online shop and not from Paysafe. 

Note that in some cases, there is a minimum sum with which you have to combine the 16-digit voucher. 
If you keep experiencing difficulties redeeming the 16-digit code, please contact the online shop which organized the prize draw.
