What should I do if my PaysafeCard Mastercard® is lost or stolen?

If you have lost your PaysafeCard Mastercard® or it has been stolen, contact us immediately at any time to block your card using our hotline set up for this purpose:

  • Free national hotline: 00800 9862 9862.
  • International hotline: 0044 20 3026 0210 (costs depend on your landline or mobile phone plan).

Once your card is blocked, we advise you to look for it in case it has been misplaced and inform us should you want to order a new card.

If you decide to cancel your current card and order a new PaysafeCard Mastercard®, it would not be possible to reactivate it.

Furthermore, we can transfer any remaining card balance to your bank account. For this purpose, send us a bank statement, showing the following details: IBAN, BIC, bank name, account holder name (the details of the account holder must match the details in the PaysafeCard account).

Note that this will incur a refund fee.
