How can I cancel my PaysafeCard Mastercard®?

If you wish to cancel your PaysafeCard Mastercard®, reach out to us via the contact form below using your registered email address.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer the option to cancel Mastercard® directly through the PaysafeCard app or website.
In case you have a remaining PaysafeCard Mastercard® balance, we recommend spending this first or withdrawing it via an ATM.
Furthermore, we can transfer any remaining card balance to your bank account. For this purpose, send us a bank statement, showing the following details: IBAN, BIC, bank name, account holder name (the details of the account holder must match the details in the PaysafeCard account).
Note that this will incur a refund fee.
