This article addresses the PaysafeCard Mastercard® product. Information about the Account & Card Debit Mastercard® can be found here.

In rare occasions, cards end up retained by ATMs. If your PaysafeCard Mastercard® is stuck in an ATM, make sure to contact the bank responsible for the machine to obtain your card back.

In case the bank institution owning the ATM does not cooperate or is unable to retrieve your card, contact us using the form below so that we can issue a new PaysafeCard Mastercard® for you.

Note that a delivery fee will be applied. Details on PaysafeCard Mastercard® fees and limits, can be found here.

Alternatively, we can transfer any remaining card balance to your bank account. For this purpose, send us a bank statement, showing the following details: IBAN, BIC, bank name, account holder name (the details of the account holder must match the details in the PaysafeCard account).

Note that this will incur a refund fee.
