Promotion Terms and Conditions “PaysafeCard 5 EUR Lockable Balance”
1. Promotion Organiser: Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, D02 R296, Ireland („PaysafeCard“). Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) as an electronic money institution under the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2011.
2. Promotion Period: The bonus promotion will run between 25.03.2025 00:00 and 01.04.2025 23:59 CET. Any participation made outside of this period will not be eligible for a Reward.
3. Promotion Details: PaysafeCard will send selected customers an invitation message (the “Invitation Message”) to the primary email address at the start of the Promotion Period. The Invitation Message will contain a message offering a free 5 EURO (or currency equivalent) reward which will be deposited into the customers PaysafeCard account at no charge to the customer (the “Reward”). The Reward is only to be spent with online merchants accepting PaysafeCard.
4. Participant prerequisites:
To be eligible to participate in the promotion, customers must:
• have opened a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the current version of the PaysafeCard account General Terms and Conditions (see www.paysafecard.com) ;
• have received the Invitation message from PaysafeCard directly.
• be resident in Germany, Poland, Romania, Greece, Spain and France.
• be at least 18 years of age.
5. Selected customers will receive a €5 Reward credited to their PaysafeCard account during the Promotion Period. The bonus can be used only for payments to merchants, accepting PaysafeCard products as a payment option. Unused credit will expire seven days after it is received.
6. Privacy and Personal Data:
The processing of participants data is governed by the Paysafe Group Limited Privacy Policy which can be found on PaysafeCard’s website (https://www.paysafecard.com/privacy). Additional information may be required by PaysafeCard to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Participants agree that certain of their personal information (first name, surname initial and country location) may be published on different PaysafeCard channels including but not limited to emails, social media and online broadcast.
7. Each eligible customer may participate only once in the promotion. Multiple attempts to participate result in disqualification from the promotion. Transfer of participation rights is not permitted.
8. The Reward cannot be paid out in cash. The law of the customer's place of residence applies. PaysafeCard assumes no responsibility for errors, delays, or unavailability of the promotional page.
9. PaysafeCard reserves the right to end this promotion at any time in its sole discretion. PaysafeCard further reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these promotion Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of PaysafeCard that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion.
10. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
11. PaysafeCard will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the participant taking part in the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of PaysafeCard or that of their employees. Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
12. PaysafeCard shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, flight or other transportation delays or cancellations.
13. The applicable law for the promotion and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the law of the customer's place of residence. Any claims related to the Promotion will be settled under the local jurisdiction of the customer's residence.
