Conditions of Entry – Promotion „300k Account & Card Customers"
1. Promotion organiser: paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH („PaysafeCard“)
2. Promotion period: The bonus promotion will run between 18.03.2025 10:00 and 25.03.2025 23:59 CET. Any participation made outside of this period will not be eligible for bonus.
3. Participant prerequisites: To be eligible for the bonus offer, customers must:
- be in Austria, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, the Netherlands or Slovakia
- have opened a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the current version of the PaysafeCard account GTC
- be every 10th person in each 10 people (10th, 20th, …80th etc.) who activates the Account & Card Start or Plus plan within the Promotion Period in the eligible territories and has given PaysafeCard consent to receive marketing messages;
4. Selected customers will receive a €50 bonus. The €50 bonus will be credited to the customer’s PaysafeCard account within 10 days after the end of the promotion period and will be restricted to top ups to Account & Card. Credit will expire on 30 June 2025.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. Attempts to participate more often will lead to disqualification from the promotion. Participation in the promotion cannot be transferred to others.
6. The promotional period, the restriction of use and the validity period of the PaysafeCard promotion credit can be found in the promotion e-mail.
7. Cash payment is not possible. The organiser’s decision is final. Austrian law applies. PaysafeCard accepts no responsibility for mistakes, delays or unavailability of the promotional page.
8. At any time, PaysafeCard is authorized to discontinue the promotion for a compelling reason during the period of the promotion, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organizational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
9. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
10. The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form has only been used for the purpose of simplification.
