PaysafeCard fees
Both the use of PaysafeCard and the payment are generally free of charge. However, subject to applicable law, the following fees may arise (you can read more detailed information in our T&Cs):
- No Convenience Fee: If you purchase your ticket directly through the PIN shop on our website, no convenience fee will be added.
- Monthly administration fee: After 24 months of inactivity, a monthly service fee of $2 will be deducted from the Available Balance of the PIN, subject to applicable law. Such fee will be applied as of the first day following the expiry of the 24-month period of inactivity.
