Reimbursements generally take up to eleven working days. As soon as your request has been processed, you will be notified by e-mail.
Please bear in mind that the reimbursement can take up to eleven working days. If this time has already elapsed and we have confirmed the refund, we recommend that you first contact your bank in order to check the transaction.
We can reimburse your paysafecard credit. Please have the following details and documents ready for the online request for reimbursement.
- Your bank account details (name of the bank, IBAN, BIC)
- Copy/copies of the paysafecard prepaid code(s) concerned
Additional documents which may be required:
- A copy of your official valid photo ID (e.g. passport, driving licence or identity card – front and back)
- Proof of residence (e.g. electricity bill, certificate of registration, tax assessment etc.)
Please note that a processing fee of $7,50 of the reimbursement is charged and deducted for the reimbursement. It can take up to eleven working days to process a request for reimbursement.
