1. The PaysafeCard promotion is conducted by PaysafeCard.com Wertkarten GmbH, Am Euro Platz 5, 1120 Vienna ("PaysafeCard").

2. Promotion period: The promotion will take place between 17.11.2025 00:00 and 31.12.2025 23:59 CET. Any account signup outside of this period will not be eligible for bonus.

3.  Participation is open to all natural persons who are residents of Romania. Eligible participants must successfully open a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the applicable registration rules in their jurisdiction, including meeting the minimum age requirement.  During signup, participants must enter the promotional code “JOCURI” in capital letters and complete the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 4.

4. To qualify for and receive the promotional benefit, participants must:

• Make a single top-up of at least 20 RON in one transaction during the campaign period.
• Ensure that the top-up is made using a PaysafeCard prepaid code. Bonus codes or promotional codes are excluded and will not be considered valid for this promotion.
   

5. Reward

Users who meet the criteria set out in Section 4 during the promotional period will receive an additional 20 RON credited to their account balance. The cash reward will be applied within 7 working days from the date of the qualifying top-up. All cashback credits expire 31 Dec 2025 and are redeemable on the gaming partners mentioned on www.PaysafeCard.com/jocuri .

6. Only one entry is permitted per person. Attempts to participate more often will lead to disqualification from the promotion. Participation in the promotion cannot be transferred to others.

7. Cash payment is not possible. The organiser's decision is final. Austrian law applies. PaysafeCard accepts no responsibility for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. At any time, Paysafecard is authorised to discontinue the promotion for a compelling reason during the period of the promotion, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.

9. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.

10. The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form has only been used for the purpose of simplification.
