Conditions of Entry – PaysafeCard Play with the Pro exhibition game

By taking part in the PaysafeCard Play with the Pro exhibition game, the participant is confirming his/her agreement to the following Conditions of Entry: 

Game organiser: Paysafe Holdings UK Ltd, 1st floor, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AD, United Kingdom (“Paysafe”) 

Competition period: The competition will take place during PaysafeCard's participation in gamescom 2026 from 26 – 30 August 2026 during the opening hours of gamescom 2026.  

Mode and prizes: The winners of the PaysafeCard Play with the Pro exhibition game will be selected as follows: 2 vs 2 two participants compete against each other in the PaysafeCard Play with the Pro exhibition game. During the period of 5 days, we will have different timelines and prizes for all the players. We are also bringing influencers who will be playing against the signed-up players.

By registering for the gamescom PaysafeCard Play with the Pro, you agree without reservation or interpretation to abide by these rules. The organizers also reserve the right to make decisions on matters not covered by these rules or even contrary to them in order to maintain the spirit of fair play and the integrity of the competition. PaysafeCard reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.  

This in no sense is a professional tournament and no scores are kept. The gamers can play teams of 2 players/ or 4 single players.  

Play with the Pro influencers:

• Trackmania: Fray, Julistria
• Brawl Stars: Arthur 

The person in first place receives the following prize: 

• one (1) PaysafeCard code worth EUR 10
• other PaysafeCard merchandising material 

The person in second place receives the following prize: 

• one (1) PaysafeCard code worth EUR 5
• other PaysafeCard merchandising material 

The person in third and fourth place receives the following prize: 

• one (1) PaysafeCard code worth EUR 3
• other PaysafeCard merchandising material 

Merch includes:  

Each participant can take part in the exhibition game more than once, but may only receive a PaysafeCard code once. 

In addition, the following special prizes will be awarded as part of the "Partner Happy Hour" campaign ("Partner Happy Hour Prizes") to participants in the "PaysafeCard  Play with the Pro" exhibition game who took part in the PaysafeCard Tap2Cash exhibition game during the "Partner Happy Hour" and won, while stocks last.  

Participation in the competition is only possible by taking part in person at the PaysafeCard booth. PaysafeCard codes and prizes can only be handed out while stocks last. Prizes are not redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash. Plus any taxes. 

Selecting the winners: The winners of the PaysafeCard exhibition game prizes are determined by counting the points scored immediately after the end of each round of the PaysafeCard  exhibition game. The person who collects more points in 30 seconds wins.  

Disputes: Any query, challenge or dispute relating to participation in the competition, the scoring of the game, the outcome of any round or the awarding of prizes must be raised during the event and before the participant leaves the PaysafeCard booth. Once the event has concluded and prizes have been awarded, the results shall be deemed final.  

Communication of winnings: The winners of the Play with the Pro prizes will be notified about the win immediately after winning the PaysafeCard  exhibition game and will be provided with the prize immediately on site. Where any prize redemption information or further instructions cannot be provided immediately on site, such information will be sent to the participant using the email address provided during registration no later than the last day of the event or the following day. 

Eligible participants: Persons aged 12+, will be able to play Trackmania, Fortnite, and persons aged 16+ will be able to play Counter Strike . Participants under the age of 16 may only participate where a parent or legal guardian is present and has completed and signed the required parental consent form. Any prize, voucher or related instructions awarded to such participant will be provided to the participant's parent or legal guardian.  

PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to take part in the competition. Furthermore, persons under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances as well as persons suffering from a serious illness (e.g. heart disease, epilepsy) are prohibited from participating in the PaysafeCard  exhibition game. I confirm that the game includes visual effects that may be disturbing for people with epilepsy. I also confirm that I do not have any health problems that are an obstacle to my participation. I accept that Paysafe does not accept any responsibility for any consequences that may result from failure to disclose health problems. 

Exclusion from the competition: There is no right to participate in the PaysafeCard exhibition game. PaysafeCard reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition who violate these conditions of participation, criminal laws, common decency or the safety instructions posted on site at the exhibition stand. Persons who use disallowed aids or otherwise gain advantages by manipulation will also be excluded. In these cases, prizes can also be disallowed and requested back afterwards. 

Participation costs: Participation in the competition is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase. 

Publication/privacy policy: By registering for "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash" at www.PaysafeCard.com/XXXXX, the participant agrees that the personal data provided by him/her, namely their name and where required, their email address and age may be used by PaysafeCard for the purpose of processing the competition, verifying eligibility to participate, and where applicable, providing voucher redemption information. Email addresses will be used solely for these purposes and any such communication will be sent no later than the last day of the event or the day immediately following the event. Email addresses will not be used for marketing purposes Data will not be disclosed to third parties and the personal data will be stored in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice. 

Disclaimer: Every participant must observe the safety instructions for participation in the PaysafeCard  exhibition game, which are displayed on site at the exhibition stand. PaysafeCard, its executive bodies, employees and other persons acting on behalf of the organiser, shall not accept any liability for damages or accidents which occur during the implementation of the game, except in the case of gross negligence or premeditation. In particular, no liability will be accepted for loss and/or damage to clothing, property, materials or other items belonging to the respective player (the respective player is responsible for his/her own personal property). Liability for injury to life, limb and health remain unaffected by this. 

Premature competition termination: At any time, PaysafeCard is authorised to discontinue the competition prematurely for a compelling reason during the period of the competition, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organizational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons. 

Final provisions: 

The organiser's decision is final. 

Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.

Information about the use of personal data: 

Personal data collected for the purposes of administering the competition will be limited to the participant’s name, age and where applicable, their email address. This information will be used solely to verify eligibility to participate, administer prizes and, where applicable provide voucher redemption information.  

Where email addresses are collected, any follow-up communication will be sent no later than the last day of the event or the day immediately following the event and only for the purpose of providing voucher redemption information. Email addresses will not be used for marketing purposes.  

Any queries, challenges or disputes in relation to the participation, scoring, results or prize awarding must be raised and resolved during the event. Once eligibility has been verified, prizes have been awarded and any required voucher redemption information has been provided (which will be no later than the day immediately following the event), participant personal data will be securely deleted.  

Any parental consent forms collected in connection with participation will be retained only until participant personal data has been deleted and will then be securely destroyed.  

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice, which provides further information about how Paysafe processes personal data and the rights available to data subjects.
