PaysafeCard X BIG Clan PRO Giveaway
By participating in the PaysafeCard X BIG Clan PRO Giveaway, the participant confirms their agreement with the following conditions of participation:
Organizer of the Giveaway: PaysafeCard.com Wertkarten GmbH ("PaysafeCard"), Am Euro Platz 2, 1120 Vienna, Austria.
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway takes place from 27.08.2026 to 07.09.2026.
Giveaway Mode and Prize: To qualify for the Giveaway, participants must:
- Follow PaysafeCard on the social media platform where they see the Giveaway post.
- Follow BIG Clan on the same social media platform.
- Register for the Giveaway through the provided landing page and have a PaysafeCard account.
Participants must complete all required steps during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
Five (5) winners will be selected from all eligible participants. Each winner will receive one (1) personalized video message from the TEAM BIG pro player of their choice, subject to player availability.
Eligibility to Participate: All natural persons of legal age (the age of majority depends on the law of the country of residence of the respective natural person) are eligible to participate. Only one prize can be won per participant in this Giveaway.
Winner Selection: Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants who have completed the Giveaway requirements. Winners will be determined following the close of the Giveaway on 07.09.2026.
Notification of the Winners: Winners will be notified using the contact information provided through the Giveaway landing page within one (1) day of the winner selection.
Prize Claim: Winners must claim their prize by the deadline communicated in the winner notification. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
Prize Distribution: The personalized video messages will be provided within one month following the winner announcement. No cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.
Exclusion from the Giveaway: Employees of PaysafeCard and/or companies affiliated with PaysafeCard, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participating in the Giveaway. Furthermore, PaysafeCard reserves the right to exclude persons who violate these conditions of participation, criminal laws or morality from the Giveaway. Persons who make use of unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
Participation Costs: Participation in the Giveaway is free of charge.
Publication/Privacy Policy: Personal data provided by participants during the Giveaway will be used by PaysafeCard for the administration of the Giveaway, including verifying participation and notifying winners, in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice.
Premature Termination of the Giveaway: PaysafeCard is entitled to prematurely terminate the Giveaway for good cause at any time during the promotional period and thereafter without prior notice. This applies in particular if and to the extent that termination is necessary for organizational or technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.
Final Provisions:
The Giveaway is subject to Austrian law to the exclusion of the conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
Should individual provisions within these Terms and Conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
