Promotion Terms and Conditions “Resident Evil –Spend and earn”
1. Promotion Organiser: Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited,15 George’s Quay, Dublin 2, D02 VR98, Ireland (“PaysafeCard”). Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) as an electronic money institution under the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2011.
2. Promotion Period: The bonus promotion will run between 27.02.2026 00:00 CET and 04.03.2026 23:59 CET. Any participation made outside of this period will not be eligible for a Reward.
3. Promotion Details: Participation is open to all natural persons who are residents of Germany and France and have a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the current version of the PaysafeCard general terms and conditions
4. Participant prerequisites:
To participate in the promotion, eligible customers must:
- Make a single payment of at least 20 EURO at any participating merchant with your PaysafeCard account during the promotion period (“Qualifying Transaction”). The Merchant therefore must maintain a direct or indirect contractual relationship with Paysafe and accept payments from the PaysafeCard account.
5. Reward: Customers who meet the criteria set out in Section 4 during the promotion period will receive an additional 5 EURO credited to their account balance (“Reward”). The Reward will be applied within 7 working days from the date of the Qualifying Transaction. The Reward cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged. 6. Privacy and Personal Data: The processing of participants data is governed by the Paysafe Group Limited Privacy Policy which can be found on PaysafeCard’s website (https://www.paysafecard.com/privacy). Additional information may be required by PaysafeCard to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
7. Resident Evil and Resident Evil Requiem are trademarks of Capcom. This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Capcom.
8. Each eligible customer may participate only once in the promotion. Multiple attempts to obtain additional Rewards may result in disqualification. Participation is personal and non‑transferable.
9. The Reward cannot be paid out in cash. The law of the customer's place of residence applies. PaysafeCard assumes no responsibility for errors, delays, or unavailability of systems required for participation.
10. PaysafeCard reserves the right to end this promotion at any time in its sole discretion. PaysafeCard further reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these promotion Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of PaysafeCard that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion.
11. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
12. PaysafeCard will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the participant taking part in the promotion except where it is caused by the gross negligence of PaysafeCard or that of their employees. Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
13. PaysafeCard shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the promotion Terms and Conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, flight or other transportation delays or cancellations.
14. The applicable law for the promotion and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the law of the customer's place of residence. Any claims related to the promotion will be settled under the local jurisdiction of the customer's residence.
