Can’t log in or don’t have PaysafeCard registration?

  • Chat with Lara, our Virtual Assistant bot, available for instant support 24/7. Simply click the robot icon at the bottom right of the page and type in your question.
  • Message us through our Contact Form. Select the topic for your case and add any relevant details so we can assist you promptly.

Once you’ve submitted a case, we aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours.

We currently offer support in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Romanian and Greek. Contacts received in any other language will be handled in English.
