How can I change my personal data?

Note that you can’t change your personal data from the PaysafeCard app. To view and manage your personal data, log in to myPaysafe via a web browser and go to the Settings menu.

From there you can change any of the following information:

  • First and last names;
  • Date of birth;
  • Contact details (email address, phone number);
  • Residential address (except country).

If you’ve moved to another country or selected the wrong one upon registration, please close your myPaysafe and register again. To do so, go to Settings > Close account (using a web browser) or tap the Profile icon > Account details > Close account (using the PaysafeCard app).

You can’t change your username or customer ID.
