Can I change the currency of myPaysafe?
When you register for myPaysafe, you’re automatically assigned the official currency of the country you’re registering from. Currently, it’s not possible to change your currency or exchange your myPaysafe balance to a currency different from your registered one.
If you’ve moved to a different country and wish to use the respective currency, simply close your myPaysafe and create a new one, making sure to select the correct country upon registration. Keep in mind that you should spend any remaining balance before you close your myPaysafe; you may also contact us to arrange a refund.
