Can I change the language of myPaysafe?
Your myPaysafe is automatically displayed in the official language of your registered country.
Currently, it’s not possible to change the language in which you see your myPaysafe when you’re using a web browser or the PaysafeCard mobile app on a device with an Android OS.
However, iOS devices support language change that can be applied to the PaysafeCard mobile app. If you have an iOS mobile device and the PaysafeCard app downloaded, you can change the language of your myPaysafe on that device by following the steps below:
- Open the PaysafeCard app on your iOS device and log in with your credentials.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Account details > Language.
- You’ll be redirected to the iOS environment application settings.
- Select your desired language from the list and return to the PaysafeCard app.
You can also do this by directly going to your iOS device’s application settings: search for the PaysafeCard app, scroll down to Preferred language and select your desired one.
The language change will affect only the app on that particular device; you’ll still see your country’s official language when you access myPaysafe via a web browser or a different iOS device.
