If you are trying to use your branded gift card to pay through PaysafeCard, but a message that the code is invalid appears, make sure the correct information in the corresponding fields is correct.   
The gift card number is a 16-digit code, usually located at the back of the physical card. The PIN is a 3 or 4-digit code, which might be hidden behind a scratch off panel.

If you are entering the correct numbers, but the error persists, check with the seller if this card is suitable to be used for payments in our system.  
 

PaysafeCard does not accept CVS or Dollar General gift cards sold online or by 3rd party distributors or some specific issuing processors. In case your card is not accepted, you can still proceed to use it in the retailer store.
