Why did my Bonus PIN disappear?

Most promotional 16-digit codes are eligible to use within specific expiration time frames. Those timeframes continue to apply even after the PINs are topped up to your myPaysafe.
If you have added a Bonus PIN in your account and did not use it within the mentioned time frame, the PIN amount will disappear from your account.
Make sure to always check the expiration date, online shop restrictions and specific terms and conditions applicable for each promotion so you can redeem your vouchers properly.
