What should I do if I can’t complete email verification during login?

During login, you may be asked to complete two-factor authentication via email by confirming a 6-digit code sent to your registered email address.
Not receiving the code?
- Check the Spam, Junk or Promotions folders in your email.
- Search for email subject “One-time security code” or other similar phrases.
- Search for an email coming from @paysafecard.com.
Can’t locate the verification email or don’t have access to your email?
If you can’t log in to your PaysafeCard account because of this, contact us via the channel below to update your email address. We may request a picture of your ID for verification purposes before we can carry out the change for you.
