How can I change my phone number?
To update your phone number, simply follow the steps below:
- Log in to your myPaysafe and go to the Settings menu.
- Click the Edit button next to your number, enter the new one and click Save/Confirm.
- You’ll receive a code via SMS to your new phone number to confirm the change.
- Enter the SMS code and continue using myPaysafe with your new data.
What should I do if I don’t receive the confirmation code?
- Check whether you’ve entered the correct phone number.
- Ensure you have enough credit to receive text messages, if you’re using a prepaid phone.
- You can also resend the code after following the steps above.
What should I do if I have no access to my phone number?
If you no longer have access to the phone number stored in your myPaysafe and/or don’t have a smartphone, contact us via the channel below.
You can also install the PaysafeCard app on another smartphone and activate two-factor authentication for that device. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Install the PaysafeCard app on your smartphone
- Connect your myPaysafe by logging in to the app.
- Enter your login data and confirm the push notification in the app.
You should use only your own personal information. You are not allowed to register for or use more than one myPaysafe.
