Conditions of Entry – "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash digital donation game

 

Promotion organiser: Paysafe Holdings UK Ltd and PaysafeCard.com Wertkarten GmbH ("PaysafeCard")

Promotional period:  The promotion will run from 10 October 2025 to 31 October 2025. It will close on 31 October 2025 or earlier if the £20,000 fundraising target is reached before that date.

Prize: For every player who scores a minimum of 200 points, Paysafe will donate £5 to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (“GOSH”) – at no cost to the player. Paysafe is donating to help fund a new Children’s Cancer Centre at GOSH to help more children beat cancer.

The donation made from Paysafe to GOSH is not redeemable by the player and may not be exchanged for cash. If taxes apply in the respective country, Paysafe has the right to adjust the value of the donation accordingly.  The organiser's decision is final.

Participant prerequisites: All natural persons of legal age (the full age depends on the law of the country of residence of the respective natural person) who participate in the promotional period are eligible to participate.

Promotion mode: Eligible participants can take part in the promotion by:

  • Playing PaysafeCard Tap2Cash digital donation game 
  • Collect points by tapping the PaysafeCard codes
  • Getting a minimum of 200 points to unlock a donation from Paysafe to Great Ormond Street Hospital
  • accepting the Conditions of Entry.

Limited to one entry per person. It is only possible to take part in the promotion via https://donation.PaysafeCard.com/

Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. We reserve the rights to stop the game during the promotion period.

Publication/privacy policy: The personal details of the participants specified in the promotion will be exclusively used in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice.

Premature promotion termination: At any time, PaysafeCard is authorised to discontinue the promotion for a compelling reason during the period of the promotion, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.

Final provisions: The promotion is subject to Austrian law, with the exclusion of the relevant provisions on the conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.

The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form is only used for the purpose of simplification.
