PaysafeCard Valentine’s Day Sign Up and Pay Bonus Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The PaysafeCard Valentine’s Day Sign and Pay Up Bonus promotion is conducted by PaysafeCard.com Wertkarten GmbH, Am Euro Platz 5, 1120 Vienna ("Paysafe").
2. Promotion period: The promotion will take place between 10.02.2026 00:00 and 16.02.2026 23:59 CET (“Promotion Period”). Any account signup outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for bonus.
3. Participation is open to natural persons who are residents of Germany and France and meet the following criteria to become an eligible participant you must successfully open a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the applicable registration rules in your jurisdiction, including meeting the minimum age requirement, as mandated by local law. During signup, as a participant you must enter the promotional code “LOVEGAME” in capital letters and complete the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 4.
4. To qualify for and receive the one – off promotional bonus, you must:
Make a single payment of at least 20 EUR on any merchant with your PaysafeCard account during the Promotion Period (“Qualifing Transaction”). The Merchant therefore must maintain a direct or indirect contractual relationship with Paysafe and accept payments from the PaysafeCard account.

5. Bonus
Participants who meet the criteria set out in Section 3 and 4 during the Promotional Period will receive a non-withdrawable, one time, additional 5 EUR credited to their PaysafeCard account balance (“Bonus”). The Bonus will be applied within 7 working days from the date of the Qualifying Transaction. All Bonuses expire 31 March 2026
6. The promotion is limited to a maximum of 6,000 eligible participants. Only the first 6,000 participants who meet all eligibility requirements (including completing the qualifying transaction) will receive the €5 Bonus. After this limit is reached, no additional bonuses will be issued.
7. Only one entry is permitted per person. Attempts to participate more often will lead to disqualification from the promotion. Participation in the promotion cannot be transferred to others.
8. Withdrawing the Bonus in cash is not possible. Paysafe's decision is final. Austrian law applies. Paysafe accepts no responsibility for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize or bonus.
9. At any time, Paysafe is authorised to discontinue the promotion for a compelling reason during the Promotion Period, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
10. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. Paysafe employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
11. The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form has only been used for the purpose of simplification.
