Where do I find a Proof of payment?

Sometimes we will request a proof of payment to make sure your are the rightful owner of the 16-digit PaysafeCard you are trying to use.

For online prepaid vouchers – a copy or a screenshot of your bank statement, showing the transaction details of the voucher’s purchase, as well as a screenshot of the online voucher. The 16-digits code/serial number should be visible on it.
For physical vouchers – a copy of your 16-digit Paysafe voucher in case it was purchased from a sales outlet.
