How to buy an online PIN using Google Pay?
You can use Google Pay™ to quickly and easily buy an online PIN via the PIN Shop.
How do I pay with Google Pay?
- Go to the PIN Shop section in your account on web or to the mobile app tab Shop > Buy PaysafeCard online.
- Enter the amount and select Google Pay as your payment method.
- Mark if you want to automatically add the PIN amount to your PaysafeCard balance.
- Choose your card from Google Pay, review and complete the payment.
Your PIN will be shown on screen, and you will receive a confirmation email, or your account balance will be updated with the PIN amount, depending on whether selected auto top-up.
What are the limits and fees?
We do not charge a fee for online PIN purchases.

How long does it take to receive my online PIN when paying with Google Pay?
Google Pay payments are generally processed instantly, but transaction confirmation from your card issuer may occasionally be delayed. If this happens, it may take up to 1 full business day to deliver your PIN.
Once ready, if you selected auto top-up, your PIN amount will be credited to your account balance directly. If you didn’t select the auto top-up option – you will receive an email confirmation with your 16-digit PIN.
You can also view your purchased online PINs in your PaysafeCard transaction history.
Can I cancel my payment?
The transaction cannot be cancelled once we have received your payment and provided you with an online PIN.
Can I use Google Pay to pay as guest?
To use Google Pay for online PIN purchase, you’ll need to be logged into your PaysafeCard account. If you don’t have one, you can register here.
