Creating opportunities

paysafecard supports the association "Specialisterne" which helps qualify and place people with autism. The goal of the association is to educate the public about autism and help integrate people with autism, who impress with their zero-tolerance for failure, their precision and their logical and analytical way of thinking. Since September 2013, the association has been providing a publicly funded educational programme. Two positions at paysafecard in the areas of software development and quality control have been filled by employees from Specialisterne.

Further information on Specialisterne can be found here.

New Austrian Coding School

Since 2018, paysafecard has been actively supporting the Non-Profit Organisation New Austrian Coding School, formerly refugees{code}. It has set itself the target of opening up new prospects for unemployed people, regardless of their origin, by means of training courses in the fields of programming and software development. Following the project, several participants in the project were able to apply their know-how and gain experience as trainees at paysafecard and Paysafe Pay Later, another subsidiary of the group. By promoting this educational project, paysafecard is supporting the participants with an important step into a self-determined life and sustainable integration into the employment market.
