Conditions of Entry – "paysafecard Halloween Guessing Game 2022" competition

Competition organiser: Wertkarten GmbH ("paysafecard")

Promotional period: The promotion will take place between October 26th, 23:59 AM and 31st October 23:59 AM 2022. The closing date for the promotion is 31st of October 2022.

Prizes: The following prizes will be drawn among all participants for the respective promotion:

20 paysafecard PINs x 15€* for 3 correct answers

20 paysafecard PINs x 10€* for 2 corrects answer

40 paysafecard PINs x 5€* for 1 correct answer

*Or an equivalent amount in the participant's respective local currency.

Prizes are not redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash. If taxes apply to the prizes in the respective country, paysafecard has the right to adjust the value of the prize accordingly.  The organiser's decision is final.

Participant prerequisites: Participation is open to all natural adult persons (the definition of adult follows the law of the country of residence of the respective natural person) resident in Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Slovakia, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, and who take part during the competition period

Competition mode: Eligible participants take part by answering the competition question on our website at, and by leaving their email address.

Only one entry per person. It is only possible to take part in the promotion via paysafecard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion.

Selection of the winners: From all of the participants providing correct answers to the aforementioned task, eighty winners will be drawn randomly using a random number generator. The Raffle drawing shall take from October the 31st to November the 7th 2022 in a private location.

Communication of winnings: All the winners will be notified about their prize by email within 14 (fourteen) workdays of the winners being selected. The paysafecard PINs will be sent to the respective winners by email. Participants who have not won will not be notified.

Publication/privacy policy: The personal details of the participants specified in the promotion will be exclusively used by paysafecard for the notification of winnings in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice. Disclosure to third parties is only for the purpose of sending the prize and will not be used for any other purpose.

Premature competition termination: At any time, paysafecard is authorised to discontinue the competition for a compelling reason during the period of the competition, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g., computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.

Breaching any of the provisions of those Conditions of Entry may result in excluding a participant from the competition without any compensation, even if the participant is among the winners. In case paysafecard PIN has already been provided to such participant, it shall be blocked and cancelled immediately.

Final provisions: The competition is subject to Austrian law, with the exclusion of the relevant provisions on the conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.

The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form is only used for the purpose of simplification.
