Help
  • If you don't have a smartphone or don't want to use the paysafecard app, then just use secure authentication by text. When you next log in, you can have the security code sent to you by text.

Please note: the code can only be sent to the telephone number which you stored in your paysafecard account (myPaysafe).

  • No problem, you are also welcome to install the paysafecard app on another smartphone and activate two-factor authentication for that device.

This is how two-factor authentication works:

    1. Install the app

Install the paysafecard app on your smartphone

    2. Connect your account

Connect your paysafecard account (myPaysafe) by logging in to the app.

    3. Use two-factor authentication

Enter your login data and confirm the message in your paysafecard app.

TIP: During initial installation, the box "Do not ask again on this device" is ticked - this keeps the payment process simple, fast and secure as usual with user name and password.

If you no longer have access to the telephone number stored in the paysafecard account (myPaysafe) and/or do not have a smartphone, please contact us using our online form. We can then carry out the change for you.

You will sometimes need to enter an additional security code when logging in. In such a case, you will receive a code by email to be entered when logging in.

Please note: the code can only be sent to the telephone number which you stored in your paysafecard account (myPaysafe).

In addition, this telephone number can only be used to register one paysafecard account (myPaysafe). Multiple accounts are not possible!
