How can I dispute a transaction I made with PaysafeCard Mastercard®?

Before initiating a dispute, keep in mind that if the payment is still pending, its authorization will automatically expire within 15 business days from the date of initiation. If no settlement is received by then, the reserved amount will be automatically released back to your balance.
Follow these steps to dispute a transaction made with PaysafeCard Mastercard®:
- Contact the merchant/online shop and request a refund or the cancellation of the payment. Allow some time for the online shop to handle your request and respond back.
- If the transaction is processed successfully and you are unable to resolve the matter directly with the merchant, contact us using the form below and provide us with the following details:
- Confirmation of the transaction ID and reason for dispute.
- Your correspondence with the merchant on this subject.
- Any proof you may have to support your claim.
