What is Account & Card and how can I get it?
Account & Card is a payment service that provides an account with a personal virtual IBAN together with a physical and/or virtual Debit Mastercard®. With it you can send and receive SEPA transfers, pay your bills within the eurozone, and transact with your debit card anywhere Mastercard® is accepted.

How can I activate the product?
To get Account & Card you must:
- have an active myPaysafe account with status Unlimited;
- be at least 18 years old;
- have enough balance to cover the first yearly service fee (depending on the selected plan).
Here’s how to activate it:
- From your myPaysafe account select the Account & Card tab and click Find Out More.
- You’ll see a list of the offered functionalities and advantages. Proceed to select your preferred plan.
- If you’ve selected Plus Plan, you’ll see the address saved in your myPaysafe account displayed as delivery address for your physical Debit Mastercard®. Ensure it is correct and complete before confirming. You can also choose to add and use a different delivery address.
- Review the displayed Check out details, mark the box to accept our Terms & conditions and click Sign up and pay.
- Your IBAN and virtual card will be activated instantly.
If you’ve selected the Plus Plan, you’ll have to manually activate your physical card once you receive it. Check our relevant article for more details.
What are the limits and fees?

Is it possible to open a business account?
Business accounts are not available. You can activate and hold a single Account & Card for personal use only.
Can my balance become negative?
Overdraft is not supported, and you can only spend from your available balance.
