How long does it take to verify my account?

If the documents you submit meet our requirements, your account will usually be automatically verified. However, in some cases your documents may need to be manually reviewed , which could take up to a few days, depending on the current workload.
To avoid delays in the verification process:

- depending on your device, don’t reload the browser or close the PaysafeCard mobile app – this would result in a timeout and your documents won’t be successfully uploaded;
- use a stable internet connection to avoid technical issues;
