I purchased a PaysafeCard voucher from another country. What can I do?
You can easily spend or add 16-digit codes to your PaysafeCard account, but in some cases, issues can occur while making payments or topping up your prepaid codes.
This can happen if the prepaid code was purchased in a different country than the one registered in your PaysafeCard account.
What can I do if my PaysafeCard voucher is associated with a different country and/or currency?
If your code doesn’t match your account’s country or currency, you can still use it directly at your preferred online shops, without adding it to your PaysafeCard account.
We recommend always purchasing PaysafeCards within your country of registration to avoid any issues.
Alternatively, we can assist you with exchanging your prepaid code for a new one. Reach us through the contact form below and submit the following documents:
- Copy of the PaysafeCard prepaid code(s) and a purchase receipt, if available.
- Bank statement, in case you’ve purchased your prepaid code(s) online.
Note that such exchanges are one-time exceptions made as a goodwill gesture. Thus, further exchange requests will not be honoured.
