Why can’t I pay at a gambling site?

Due to local regulations in your country of registration, you're required to be a registered myPaysafe user to make payments to online casinos, poker and betting sites. You can't pay directly with your 16-digit code to such providers. 
If you do not yet have an account with us - sign up now. If you already have an account with us, simply use your myPaysafe login credentials and pay with your myPaysafe balance.

To pay via myPaysafe at such online shops, follow these steps:

1. Register for myPaysafe.
2. Top up your balance by purchasing a 16-digit PaysafeCard on site or online (available in some countries).
3. In the online shop, select PaysafeCard as the payment method.
4. Enter your log in details and click pay to confirm the payment.

Note: To use your myPaysafe for any type of gambling/betting/poker payments, you must be at least 16-18 years of age (minimal age may vary depending on your country).
